Freddy’s Broken Flipper Cocktail was inspired by Mike, one of our favorite bartenders at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Nothing like the Sunset Bar on the beach with the Pacific Ocean crashing below to call your “office.”
SERVES: 1
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Hendrick’s Gin
1 oz Sweet & Sour (lime agave)
6 cucumber cubes
1 Indonesian lime leaf
PREPARATION
Muddle cucumbers and lime leaf in a rock’s glass. Add gin and sweet and sour. Top with ice.
